Dakin Hart, Senior Curator at the Noguchi Museum, offered an expert overview of Isamu Noguchi’s wide-ranging activities in design. In his conversation with Glenn Adamson, we looked in detail at several case studies over the course of his career, including his early product and furniture designs, set designs for choreographer Martha Graham, and late works in galvanized steel realized in collaboration with Gemini G.E.L.
